The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method is an
amazing and very powerful method for unlocking the full potential of any
organisation. It helps people engage with and develop innovative
solutions to complex issues and my friends at Trivium partners have worked with the method
since it was developed at LEGO Company years ago.  In fact Per Kristiansen was part of the original team that worked on the concept.
